Gaby Flores
Product Manager
Gaby Flores is an experienced dental professional with over 15 years of leadership in dental office management, having begun her career in the dental field in 2008.
Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to enhancing the patient experience by providing clear communication, compassionate support, and seamless coordination of care. She takes pride in helping patients understand their treatment options, navigate insurance benefits, and explore financing solutions that make dental care more accessible.
Gaby is committed to facilitating any necessary options to help patients achieve their goals of attaining the smile they desire. She values being part of a team that empowers patients to move forward with confidence and achieve lasting oral health and aesthetic results.
Her goal is to ensure that every patient feels welcomed, informed, and fully supported from the moment they enter the office through the completion of their treatment.
Outside of the office, Gaby enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and participating in sports with her family. Above all, she deeply cherishes time with her husband and son, who are the loves of her life and the most meaningful part of her life.
Dental Hygienist
Hi! My name is Vladia Rojo.
I graduated as a General Dentist in Cuba in 2019. After relocating to the United States in 2021, I continued my professional journey in dentistry by earning my Dental Hygienist Board Certification. Dentistry has always been more than a profession to me—it is a meaningful way to help patients feel confident, healthy, and genuinely cared for.
As a Dental Hygienist, I enjoy combining clinical expertise with patient education and communication. I take pride in guiding patients through their hygiene appointments, clearly explaining each step of care, and ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit. I believe that creating a positive patient experience is just as important as delivering excellent clinical treatment.
One of the aspects I value most about working at Max Dental is being part of a team that is deeply committed to patient-centered care and community well-being. It is a welcoming environment where patients are treated like family and where quality care is delivered with compassion, professionalism, and integrity.
Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active, traveling to new places, and reading in my free time. Most importantly, I love spending time with my family and child, who bring balance and joy to my life.
Laura Soto
Dental Assistant
Hi! I’m Laura, and I’m 28 years old.
I began my career in dentistry after graduating as a General Dentist in Sancti Spiritus, Cuba, in 2019. In late 2024, I moved to the United States and continued my professional path by earning my Dental Assistant certification, allowing me to remain closely connected to the field I am passionate about while continuing to grow in my career.
As a Dental Assistant, I take pride in supporting both patients and doctors in delivering high-quality dental care. I especially enjoy working directly with patients—helping to ease dental anxiety, answering questions, and ensuring each individual feels comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is contributing to a positive and reassuring patient experience, where trust and compassion are at the center of care.
Outside of the dental office, I am passionate about music and singing. Whether enjoying live performances or simply listening to my favorite songs, music brings joy, relaxation, and balance to my life. I also enjoy spending quality time with my husband and baby, which is the most meaningful part of my time outside of work.

Hi! I’m Dailyn Torres .
I have been working in the dental field since 2015, when I graduated from Florida National University as a Certified Dental Assistant. For me, dental assisting is more than a profession—it is an opportunity to help patients feel comfortable, confident, and supported throughout every stage of their dental care.
What I enjoy most about my role is building meaningful connections with patients. I take pride in creating a calm, welcoming environment where individuals feel cared for, respected, and fully informed. Whether assisting during procedures or offering reassurance and a friendly smile, I am committed to supporting both our patients and our dental team each day.
Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling and discovering new places. I also love spending time by the ocean, as being near the sea is one of my favorite ways to relax, recharge, and find balance. Most importantly, I value spending time with my loved ones and my son, which is the most fulfilling part of my life outside of work.
